Your legal rights: When you buy goods from a business, in law you have a number of rights as a consumer. These include the right to claim a refund, replacement, repair and/or compensation where the goods are faulty or misdescribed, including the refund of postage.

At Eightlife online shop we take great care to provide our customers with a true representation and description of the items we offer for sale.  However many of our products are in a natural or semi natural form, which means that they are subject to variation in appearance, colour and finish. Where a natural item has been worked or polished this process is mainly by hand which means that your item is unique to you as nobody else will have one quite the same.

Our policy: In addition to your legal rights, we also allow you to return goods if you are not satisfied with a variation in appearance, colour or finish. Please return the unused goods to us in their original packaging with proof of purchase within 14 days, and we will offer you an exchange or a credit note. Refunds are considered on an individual basis and are at the discretion of our management.  All exchanges, credits and refunds do not include any postage or packaging that may be required, this will be charged as extra at our advertised costs.
