This cleansing tea infusion consists of Mulberry leaf, Cassia Seed, Senna, Fennel, Psyllium, Buckthorn, Elderflower and Mate. It detoxes the body which in turn helps with weight loss. (Laxative effect!) Can be drunk hot or cold. Place 1tsp of herbs in a pot, pour over 1 cup of boiling water, stir well and allow to infuse for 6-8mins.
