A Reiki healing session provides deep relaxation, soothes your emotions and reduces negative feelings. Distance Reiki provides the same benefits as hands on healing except that you can be in the comfort of your own home or special space. All you need to do is get comfortable in a quiet place, sit or lay back, listen to some relaxing music of your choice and maybe light some incense or a candle if you wish and let the Reiki energy flow to exactly where it needs to go, releasing all that does not serve you. There are no negatives with Reiki just peace and positivity. You will be emailed with instructions and we can arrange a time that is convenient to you, (a photograph of yourself is necessary for a better experience, which can be emailed), and when the session is finished I (Theresa) will message you to let you know that we are completed and explain any relevant issues, with hints and tips that may be useful to you if necessary.
