Reiki: your mental and physical health routine

Reiki is a wonderful healing tool, completely non invasive and gentle on the body. Its primary healing ability is for stress reduction and relaxation, which in turn promotes other healing and immunity boosting. It is administered from a distance which allows my clients to relax in their own environment without the inconvenience and invasion of peace that comes with travelling home afterwards.

Reiki can be sent to anywhere in the world as it is not limited by time and space, therefore all that is needed is a photograph of yourself and a number/email so that I can communicate any findings to you.
